We bring together 60+ years of professional experience in c-suite management, consulting, and coaching to provide tailored partnership to organizations and individuals.
We have worked with the Board of Directors, C-Suite Executives, and Leadership Teams across Banking & Finance, Consulting, Technology, Consumer Goods & Durables, and Govt. Institutions. Our Team
Dr. T.M. Bhasin
Dr. T.M. Bhasin is a seasoned Finance, HR, and Information Technology expert and a career banker. He is a Former Vigilance Commissioner of India (2015 – 2019) in the Central Vigilance Commission; Former Chairman & Managing Director of leading Indian public sector bank, Indian Bank (2010 – 2015); and Former Executive Director of United Bank of India (now PNB; 2007-2010)
Throughout his illustrious career, he has also held the roles of Chairman, HR Committee of Indian Banks’ Association; Chairman of Governing Board of Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS); President of Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF); Chairman, Indian Banks’ Association (IBA); Chairman SWIFT Users Group (India)
Since 2019, Dr. Bhasin has been an Independent Director on the Boards of several corporatations and is also the Chairman of various Board level Committees including Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC), Risk Management Committee (RMC), Corporate Social Responsibility Committee (CSR), IT and Stakeholders’ Committee etc. Most recently, he served as the Chairman of Advisory Board for Banking & Financial Frauds (ABBFF) constituted by Central Vigilance Commission and Reserve Bank of India.
Dr. Bhasin is an alumnus of FMS, Delhi and Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University (USA). He is a Gold Medallist in M.Sc, Delhi University topper in Criminology and Forensic Science, and graduated with honors in LL.B. from University of Delhi.
Sid Bhasin, PCC
Sid Bhasin is a seasoned HR Leader and an experienced leadership & team coach with a solution focused approach of linking business outcomes to leadership and team effectiveness.
He has coached more than 200+ leaders, facilitated over 350+ workshops, and worked with clients of 18+ nationalities across the globe. For his work in Coaching and Human Resources, he has been recognized and awarded as Best Upcoming HR Leader in Asia (2023), Best Career Coach (2021) and Emerging HR Leader in India (2016).
He has coached more than 200+ leaders, facilitated over 350+ workshops, and worked with clients of 18+ nationalities across the globe. For his work in Coaching and Human Resources, he has been recognized and awarded as Best Upcoming HR Leader in Asia (2023), Best Career Coach (2021) and Emerging HR Leader in India (2016).
Currently, he leads HR Strategy and Operations for Googler Experience at Google Asia Pacific. Prior to this role, he led a team of highly competent HR Business Partners across the region for Google’s Products, Platforms, and Services business lines. Previously, Sid worked with Standard Chartered Bank as the HR Lead for Corporate & Institutional Banking, HR Strategy Lead with Ocwen Financials, and Senior HR Consultant with Aon.
Sid Bhasin is an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur and holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accreditation from International Coaching Federation (ICF). He is a trained coach from Erickson Coaching international, Co-Active Training Institute (CTI), Positive Intelligence, and Academy of HRD (Indic Coaching). He brings together psychometric assessment and application expertise as a certified Hogan Assessor, Leadership Circle Practitioner, NLP practitioner, Demartini Method, CliftonStrengths and 5 factor model tools (e.g. MBTI) facilitator.
